Billing and Payments

I signed up through SquidVault.com

We will ask for your payment information when you first create your account. Your account will automatically be billed for the first years subscription fee. Payment will be taken each year thereafter.

My solicitor created my SquidVault™ account

We will still take your payment information when you first create your account. No payment will be taken until the second year and then a payment will be taken each year thereafter.

How do I update my payment information?

1. Login to your SquidVault™ account.
2. Click Settings icon located at the bottom left of the Vault.
3. In the Settings popup, scroll down to the Registered Card section.
4. Click Update card details.

Notes: You will be required to enter your SquidVault™ password as a security measure. Updating your card information will not affect your next billing date.

We use Stripe for all online payments. Payments will appear on your card as "SQUIDVAULT".
